- Upgraded Netty version to 4.1.108 due to CVE-2024-29025.
- CDPD-67313: Timezone value not updated in Livy
- While serialising the Spark results from the Java object into JSON text, Livy was setting the timezone to UTC. This issue is now resolved and the Livy service code is fixed to use a custom timezone based on the configuration instead of always using UTC.
- CDPD-57994: Hue import not creating External tables
- Previously, users were restricted to create only managed tables with Parquet and Optimized Row Columnar (ORC) formats. This issue is now resolved and users can now create external tables.
