Fixed Issues in Apache Knox

Review the list of Knox issues that are resolved in Cloudera Runtime 7.1.7.

CDPD-20209: [CDPD-2029] Add SQL Stream Builder service definitions to Knox SQL Stream Builder Service definitions are added to Knox, which enables auto-discovery functionality via simplified topology management.

CDPD-23488: Fixed an issue where multiple sessions were created by Zeppelin UI when going via Knox.

CDPD-25957: Added code during knox plugin initialization to set system property for knox jaas config app name.

CDPD-26705: Removed trailing slashes service context generation in general while discovering services in Knox automatically. Additionally, to avoid regression, all UI and API_AND_UI type service definitions were modified to contain the trailing slash except the ones with query parameters.

CDPD-19110: Prevent knox from passing hadoop.auth cookie to browser
This fix will prevent passing of auth cookies that are internal to Knox.
OPSAPS-59653: Reverted SSO configuration mappings for Atlas and Ranger.
To reduce the complexity of SSO configurations mapping as part the AM2CM tool and have the default values for all the services supporting dual authentication, changes are reverted for Atlas and Ranger compared to the previous release. This issue is resolved.
OPSAPS-58266: Knox service rules are not updated when upgrading from 7.1.1 to 7.1.4.
This issue is resolved.
CDPD-20188: Unable to add new service through Cloudera Manager UI.
Cloudera Manager proxied through Knox new services not being added successfully. This issue is resolved.
OPSAPS-59751: Replication Manager supports knox enabled Cloudera Manager too but source cluster/peer should be added using "7183" port.
This issue is resolved.
CDPD-21239: Knox Service configuration monitoring failed on one host.
This issue is resolved.
