CDPD-75457: Issue with legacy timestamp conversion in Parquet files

When converting legacy timestamps in Parquet files, the date 'February 29, 200' can cause issues. This happens because the Julian day for February 29, 200 CE, differs between the Julian and Gregorian calendars.

Hive, which stores timestamps in UTC, encounters this issue when converting the date '200 CE/03/01' between timezones. Even if the original date was '200 CE/03/01' in the Asia/Singapore timezone, the conversion process leads to the "not a leap year exception" for February 29, 200.

This issue is now resolved.

CDPD-75403: Apache Hadoop’s RunJar.run() does not set permission for a temporary directory by default. Files written in this directory and without explicitly setting the correct POSIX permissions, data can be viewable by all local users. Since the UNIX-based system shares the system's temporary directory with the local users, any sensitive data on this file is visible to the local users.

This issue is fixed by enhancing access control to the RunJar directory. This ensures only the current user can view the data in the directory.

Zeppelin Livy interpreter paragraph outputs are being misplaced

Fixed an issue where Zeppelin paragraph outputs were being misplaced. Users are now able to use pyspark to run os.system commands without issues.
