Removing Navigator role instances

You must stop and remove the Navigator role instances in your Cloudera Manager instance.

  1. In Cloudera Manager go to Cloudera Management Service > Instances.
  2. Select Navigator Audit Server and Navigator Metadata Server.
  3. Under the Actions for selected, select Stop.
  4. Select Delete.

Once the Navigator role instances are successfully removed from your Cloudera Manager instance, you must plan to perform the regular upgrade operations.
