Kudu Sidecar Migration from CDH to CDP
If your cluster uses Kudu, you will need to migrate Kudu data and configurations to the destination cluster.
- Back up all your data in Kudu using the
kudu-backup-tools.jarKudu backup tool. - Manually apply any custom Kudu configuration in your new cluster that you had in your old cluster.
- Copy your backed up data to the target CDP cluster.
- Restore your backed-up Kudu data using the Kudu backup tool.
