Setting concurrency for a data connection

You can limit the number of simultaneous connections on certain datasets for better resource handling.

NOTE: This setting is only applicable to Impala, Hive and SQLite connections.
  1. Open the Edit Data Connection modal. See Editing a data connection.
  2. Click on the Data tab.
  3. Enter a number for Concurrency to limit the maximum number of requests that can be sent concurrently.
  4. Enter a number for Concurrency Per User to limit the maximum number of requests that a user can send concurrently.
  5. Click SAVE.
