Using parameters with explicit scope This setting protects the visual from being changed by dataset scope filters. On the right side of Visual Designer, click Settings. In the Settings menu, click Parameters. To set the explicit scope for a specific visual, select Receive parameters with explicit scope. Parent topic: Customizing parameters
